Never again, how can they call it a resort
Marwell Activity Centre的点评
点评：We were looking forward to our few nights stay camping. Check in was OK, showed us our pitch and all was good.
Noise.
Not from campers, but from
Dustcart - Tuesday at 5.45
Glass Bottle collection - Wednesday 6am and also a
Private GYM session, not for people staying at the "Resort" but people that came from outside to use the gym classes with the loudest music ever at 6am. Gym doors were fully open, so noise penetrated throughout the camp.
Toilet block
Taps were push down type, the water pressure was so fast it made you soaked and floor was wet and slippery, just by washing your hands!
Showers were dirty, bugs and cobwebs everywhere. I saw two different cleaners early in the morning. They only had bleach spray and a mop to clean the floors, and didn't touch the showers. Felt dirtier after a shower than before.
Each time i used the toilet, there was never any toilet rolls, even after the cleaner had just been?
Toilet brushes were caked on with used toilet roll, from previous people.
PROBABLY THE WORST WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Was basic essentials. OK for what was needed.
Bar & Food.
The food and drinks were good. Same sort of prices as a pub.
HOWEVER, the young girls that were serving were terrible. They talked amongst themselves, rude about a lady customer they fell out with. No customer service at all. Terrible!!!!

It was good. Presented well,Hot & plentiful
Well done to the CHEFS.
Crazy golf
It was good, everyone enjoyed it.
Bingo
Wednesday was Bingo & Pizza.
What a night.
The lady who ran it was amazing. We all really enjoyed the evening.
(She was brought in from outside, not a member of the resort team.
Pizzas were very good.
Thank God someone knows what customers need to enjoy themselves.

Would we camp there again??

每次我上厕所，都没有卫生纸，即使清洁工刚来过？
马桶刷上沾满了以前用过的卫生纸。
可能是我们经历过的最糟糕的一次

是基本必需品。满足需要。
酒吧和食物。
食物和饮料都很好。价格和酒吧差不多。
然而，服务的年轻女孩很糟糕。她们互相交谈，对与她们吵架的女顾客很粗鲁。根本没有客户服务。太糟糕了！
