McDonald's的点评
点评：First, I’ll admit that I steer clear of this McDonald’s and would rather grab a breakfast processed honey bun from a gas station than risk dealing with the level of incompetence of this McDonald’s. However, a family member insisted on McDonald’s today for a drive through breakfast.
For context, here’s what we ordered… a bagel with cream cheese, a hashbrown, a coffee and a sausage egger.
Here’s what happened:
Ordered food, paid, went to pickup food, was asked to pull forward with the ten other vehicles waiting for their food from the drive through.
Waited 15 mins and watched vehicles that were behind us get their food first. We had a basic order.
Finally the food is brought out to us, it’s cold of course. Bagel is right, hashbrown is right and there’s clearly someone else’s breakfast sandwich in our bag since it was a McGriddle.
So I doubt checked the receipt and it didn’t match what was in the bag.
So I go in, there’s three other people there with drive through mistakes.
The manager I spoke with was apologetic but was unable to answer why this happens eveytime. I asked him three times, just said sorry.
The two others I spoke to waiting for their drive through order to be fixed said they have the same experience here and prefer A and W across the street because they get it right and it’s quicker.
I understand it’s McDonald’s and yes I expect this to happen. But I can’t understand how this happened everytime I go through the drive through. Every time.
Incompetence is the nicest word I can use to describe this dumpster fire of a fast food restaurant.
Management should simply shut this location down.
