滨海韦斯顿旅客之家酒店的点评
点评：Use travelodge regularly but wouldn’t choose here again.
Took over 30 mins to check in after the lady on reception walked off after taking my name to see if rooms were ready but with no explanation. Key card didn’t work 4 times I went back to reception to in the end the housekeeper let us in then I sorted cards in the evening. In the ladies words “a lot of the keys don’t work but other staff don’t Chuck them away” Not great when travelling with my elderly mother who can’t stand for long periods and when she just kept re issuing the key cards.
Hand soap dispenser in room was empty again asked the same lady on reception she advised “housekeeping have gone home for the day but I’ll see what I can do” funnily enough it was never filled. Bedding in the room was inside out and Barely covered the beds and rooms are tiny and cramped.
Not upto the usual travelodge standards only bonus was the great location!

前台的女士记下我的名字去查看房间是否准备好后就走了，没有任何解释，之后花了30多分钟才办理入住。房卡坏了四次，我又去了前台，最后客房服务员才让我们进去，然后晚上我整理了房卡。用那位女士的话说，“很多钥匙都不能用，但其他员工不会。他们把钥匙扔掉了。”我和年迈的母亲一起旅行，她不能长时间站立，而且她只是不断地重新发放房卡，这种感觉很不好。
房间里的洗手液分配器是空的，我再次问了同一位前台女士，她说“客房服务员今天回家了，我会看看能做些什么”。有趣的是，洗手液分配器一直没有装满。房间里的床上用品翻了过来，几乎没有盖住床，房间又小又挤。
不符合Travelodge酒店的一贯标准，唯一的优点是地理位置优越！
