点评：In response to the manager’s reply on my earlier review.
If you open until 4 then food should be served until then, if you need to shut at 4 on the dot, why advertise that you are open when you are not serving? Seems a bit ridiculous. I don’t know any establishment that remains open without serving so cleaning can be done!
As you were not there you would have no idea what we were told, or how we were spoken to.
Your rude response to an honest review tells quite the tale in itself and as for the ‘karen review’ remark, that’s really uncalled for; as you can see by my reviews, I am not a serial complainer and my reviews are generally very positive because they are deserved. There was nothing positive to say about your cafe.
I am sorry you found my review unsatisfactory but perhaps you should take it as constructive criticism and consider your customer service and perhaps informing people that food is stopped at 3 to enable cleaning.
