点评：Nines restaurant, initially had the tempura broccoli for starter, not tempura just battered broccoli extremely greasy and not recommended. My wife ordered the smoked cod and thought it was nice. I ordered the sea bass and risotto for main, sea bass skin not crispy at all, but, fish was nice. More importantly, risotto was extremely under cooked. I ate the fish, but left the risotto as not really edible. I did say to waitress, she did offer a free dessert but we declined as really didn't fancy one. My wife had a few cocktails and requested if they could just remove one of the cocktails. The waitress said to her manager. The manager did come over and was quite assertive, actually rude and said, well, did you complain to the waitress, I explained no, as my wife was eating her main, I ate the fish but couldn't eat the risotto as it was inedible. Not al dente, (I'm actually a trained Italian chef). Advised by manager in an extremely abrupt way, as didn't complain at time they could not assist further. I paid the bill, but stated that I would be posting a review and would not be back. Not even thank you once bill paid and just glad to see the back of us.
