点评：Called in on the off-chance of a table for a late lunch and we were accommodated.
Shown to a table and diners were being evenly spaced, which was pleasing.
Trac(e)y, our waitress, was able to assist me with my dairy free requirements.
Our drinks were brought over. Unfortunately my glass had lots of tiny pieces of dried residue of lemon/lime so I asked a different waitress for a fresh glass as the one I had was dirty. Her response did not impress me - no apology - and included:
They'll all be like that.
For the calibre of your establishment and prices charged, I expect a clean glass, as I would anywhere else.
When she brought the fresh glass over, it was put on the table with the comment:
It has been polished as best as possible but as I said, bits stick to the glasses.
Quite frankly, this attitude and explanation is unacceptable; most ungracious. Dirty glasses should not be given to customers. Either polish more thoroughly or wash them again.
Our meals were tasty - lamb and steak.
