点评：We ordered here as we were staying in a caravan. We rang as the address given was obviously a caravan and they said it was fine we would need to wait at the gate as it was a secure site. We waited in the rain for 40 mins and no food were delivered. The following day we spoke to someone who did offer our food again however we now wanted a refund. They were happy to do so. Again a day later with still no refund we called and spoke to someone who said that the food was undelivered due to our wrong details given. I explained how we had rang and spoke to THEM and they told us where to wait and he said ‘I’m just the pizza guy I don’t know about the addresses on the tickets” well maybe he shouldn’t be allowed the responsibility of answering the phone if he’s only capable of making pizzas.
We even spoke to the driver and they were also mad with the take away as they weren’t told about the information about waiting at the gate.
I wouldnt recommend this place, I obviously can not make a comment on the food however to be treated in such a rude manner and told we wouldn’t be able to receive the refund of £27 I don’t believe anyone should bother eating in such a shambles of a takeaway.
