Morecambe Bay Chowder Co的点评
点评：Growing up in Canada meant I was spoiled for great tasting comfort food and freshly caught seafood. My favourite dish of home was a streaming bowl of New England Clam chowder served with premium plus crackers. When I knew I was coming to Morecambe for a visit, the first thing I did was check out what seafood restaurants were in the area. Imagine my delight when I found out there was a food business in Morecambe that specialised in chowder, the Morecambe Bay Chowder Company, with a dedicated seafood chowder on their menu, the Morecambe Bay Chowder! I went to their website to find out where they would be serving their much anticipated chowder for the duration of my trip. I went to a bar called The Bath Tap, with much excitement, hoping the chowder would be everything I dreamt it would be. It did not disappoint. It tasted fresh, hearty and creamy with the perfect balance of flavour. It was like a taste of home and a hug in a bowl. I am currently living in Bournemouth, about a 6 hour drive from Morecambe, but I will definitely be back for more of this amazing chowder! Thank you Morecambe Bay Chowder Company!
