点评：The worst thing about this place is the manager!! There was a hair in my food and when told to the waitress the manager came over and took no responsibility. Didnt apologise and instead made excuses why it wouldnt be a hair implying that we are lying! Saying that his chefs have hair nets and that he serves over 200 people a day! The food itself was AWFUL! The roast potatoes were overcooked and everything was bland! NOTHING was done about our complaint on the food. The bill came requiring we pay for all the meals even though I had eaten very little as it was just disgusting. All of our party didnt enjoy their meals. The manager then only came over over due to one of our party complaining on the customer service. He then stated that WE didn't wait for him to sort the bill even though we had been sat there long enough for him to actually DO something and we had already paid at this point. Again, no apology, no accountability taken and very rude staff. Even the waitress apologised on his behalf saying if she could change this she would (so even staff recognised how bad this was).
