点评:Utterly Disappointing – Avoid MyLounge Gatwick South
We booked into MyLounge at Gatwick South for the morning of Sunday, 1st June, expecting a relaxing start to our journey. Unfortunately, what we encountered was shockingly substandard and far from the premium experience promised.
The lounge was dirty, neglected, and frankly unhygienic. Tables were consistently uncleared and sticky, surfaces had clearly not been wiped down in some time, and piles of used plates and glasses were left to accumulate. It felt more like a low-grade canteen than an airport lounge.
The furniture was in appalling condition—tatty, worn down, and with visible holes and rips. It was genuinely uncomfortable and depressing to sit in such a tired, uncared-for environment. The overall impression was one of complete disregard for cleanliness or customer experience.
We expected comfort and calm, but instead found ourselves in a grim, poorly maintained space that left us feeling ripped off and let down. For the price paid, this was absolutely unacceptable.
MyLounge seriously needs to rethink its standards—or stop marketing itself as anything remotely close to a premium service. We won’t be returning, and we strongly recommend others think twice before booking.
