点评:Absolutely disgusted at what we had witnessed tonight. We booked a table for 5 adults for early evening one of which has a severe peanut allergy and the pub was informed if the allergy when the table was booked. On arrival we sat at our table began looking at menu and when staff were asked for the allergy file the waiter looked for it then went to ask chef/ manager on shift about it. We were sat close to the kitchen so could clearly hear the response and was disgusted to hear her say “I don’t have one, can’t have an allergy file if I don’t have the menu” she continued to speak to the young waiter in a rather rude and abrupt manner. All food establishments are required to face allergy information at hand and I have never experienced anything like this before. People with allergies have the right to be able to eat out with information at hand regarding allergens and the clear lack of understanding training and empathy this staff member had was disgusting.
