点评：Cutting our stay short and leaving after one night.
The family room is dirty and noisy. Marks on the walls make the room like tired but the piece of cheese in the drawer, crumbs all over the floor, dead fly in the bath, unclean cups, stained towels, black bits in the shower gels and mould in the grout really made it an unpleasant stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room freezing. Thank goodness for the small oil radiator (helping us to reminisce about student accommodation!!)
No idea why this is called a family room because it was simply not safe for our child and I have no idea how others have given this place a good rating.
I would have complained or spoken to staff but there has been no one here to speak to! Key just hung above taped room instructions in reception. No telephone number to call unless an emergency.
Do you selves a favour and just book somewhere else.
