点评:Used many of the Daish hotels for their holidays over the years however booked for only 1 night in the Shanklin hotel as we were attending a family wedding on the IOW. We had high hopes as never had a problem and always received a warm welcome and friendly staff. We turned up at 11am knowing that it was before check in time but after travelling since early morning we were so disappointed when the reception lady couldn’t even bother to get up and speak to us and called us back to an open door so she didn’t have to move ! When I explained our predicament of a noon wedding and separate reception venue not interested, couldnt put our cases in the room a cupboard, reception or any where until 3pm .
Totally disgusted how rude she was how she slouched in her chair relaxing! Not a good look Daish ! Decided not to stay phoned locally and a charming Hotel where more than delighted to have us freshen up in one of their rooms prior to check in time and to leave our luggage in until a room was ready for us ! Last time I will bother with DAISH absolutely horrendous customer service! Shocking!!!!!
