点评:We were blown away! The whole experience was first class. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable without being overpowering. We chose the Sunday lunch and you can see the chefs preparing your food. Three perfect courses. We're not fans of mackerel (starter) but decided to 'give it a go' and, wow! The attention to detail with the addition of beautiful colours and tastes, was spot on. Everything complemented the mackerel. The chicken main was also fantastic. Don't get me started about the dessert which was treacle tart .... I've never tasted treacle tart like this! We shared a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, which was simply divine. The Sommelier was very happy to help us choose a wine and made sure our glasses were topped up (she was also good fun). The table setting, from cutlery to plates and glassware were made for fine dining. Also, I have to say, the restaurant is SO clean, as were the toilets. We left feeling very satisfied without being too full. Simply perfect and for other future special occasions, we'll definitely return.
