点评：Really disappointed with our experience here last night. I came with a friend a month or so ago for lunch and we loved it, so I thought I’d bring my partner for dinner while we’re here visiting family. We didn’t book a table so we appreciated being fit in but after being sat we were completely forgotten about. It took around 20 minutes just to get our drinks order, and then a further half an hour passed and no one had taken our food order so we had to ask at the bar for our order to be taken. The guy that I spoke to was lovely and extremely apologetic and compensated our next drinks. But the waiter who originally sat us gave no apology when he finally came to take our order. He looked annoyed that he had to do so. We were told that we’d been sat at a table that’s normally drinks only, so none of the other staff thought to take our order. But if that’s the case then it would’ve made sense for the waiter to notify the other staff that we were in fact eating. We watched other tables be sat, eat and finish their meals before our food even arrived. We were very understanding, we run our own bar and restaurant so we know what it’s like when it’s busy, but it was no busier than a standard dinner service. If this had happened in our restaurant it would’ve been considered a major screw up. After almost two hours, our food finally arrived and we immediately got to go boxes and left. The bill was £77, just to sit and receive terrible service and no food for two hours. We won’t be returning again.
