点评：On entering the decor has totally changed for the better and looks great, greeted by a polite young server and seated, then came to the ordering, we were greeted by an older server whom I believe is one of the managers, whom had a sweet going around her mouth and she did her best to prevent it going onto our table !! We proceeded to watch same woman sit outside in full view of resturanthaving a cigarette, personally I dont like the idea of being served by a smoker, as do they have time to wash their hands ?? Witnessed many that dont !! Out came the food and oh my God, the steak was all curled up and was literally fat and gristle, one small piece cut to try and it was old boot leather and going around like chewing gum, after a time I managed to get the attention of a server as nobody bothered to check if all was OK, low and behold the same older lady server, told me it was because of the way I had my steak cooked !!! No sorry its down the the quality of meat you are serving !!!!!! She snatched the plate up took it away and then we were totally ignored, after quite a wait we proceeded to the till where we were being charged for the meal, where I went on to explain the issues encountered, the guy behind the bar was also a manager and he had absolutely no knowledge of what had happened but soon put it right and also apologised, on leaving we felt the glare that we had obviously been slated for our dissatisfaction!!!!!
翻译：一进门，店内装潢已经完全改观，看起来棒极了。一位彬彬有礼的年轻服务员招呼我们入座，然后开始点菜。一位年纪稍长的服务员接待了我们，我想她是经理之一。她嘴里含着一颗糖果，但她尽力不让糖果掉到我们的桌子上！！我们看到同一个女人坐在外面，全是餐厅的烟，我个人不喜欢被吸烟者服务，他们有时间洗手吗？我见过很多人不洗手！！菜上来后，天哪，牛排全都卷起来了，而且肥肉多，软骨多，切下一小块尝尝，发现像旧靴子皮一样，像口香糖一样到处乱飞。过了一会儿，我终于引起了服务员的注意，因为没人费心检查是否一切正常，没想到还是同一个年纪稍长的女服务员，告诉我这是因为我的牛排烹饪方式！！！不，对不起，这是因为你们提供的肉的质量问题！！！！！！她抓起盘子拿走了，然后我们完全被忽视了，等了好一会儿，我们才走到收银台，在那里我们要付餐费，我继续解释遇到的问题，吧台后面的那个人也是一名经理，他完全不知道发生了什么，但很快就纠正了，也道了歉，离开时，我们感到了对方怒视，显然我们因为不满而受到了指责！！！！！
