点评：Have visited the bakehouse many times over the years when visiting relatives Locally,I can fully understand how this takeaway of delicious “cake ,doughnuts baguette’s etc” is so popular with the fantastic quality and selection available and would always give 5star rating however, was just slightly surprised and disappointed to ask for some loafs of bread and to be sliced to find that after serving a previous customer and handling notes and change my bread was handled with no gloves or “tissue paper”. I’m certainly not a moaner but on hygiene issues I will speak out AND I’m sure if doughnuts/custard slices /cream slices etc were handled like my bread was after handling monies from the till instead, of the tongs they always use then I’m absolutely positive customers would soon comment on this issue and sadly effect their hygiene rating. I have been in many bread shops and most will use some sort of protective” tissue paper etc to avoid handling the bread OR there must be suitable tongs that will grab/select the bread off the shelves and even place on slicing rack and then probably with no handling slide into the plastic wrapper . Maybe others will agree with me on this hygiene issue I don’t think it’s too much to ask and indeed expect.
