The Old Rectory Inn的点评
点评：We were here for an overnight stay on route home , we were greeted from a lovely woman who gave a the choice of two rooms facing to the front and we chose the one named Teith , when we entered we could smell the musty smell but not sure if it was coming from bedroom or bathroom but left and went downstairs for a drink and we sat outside in the sunshine which was nice , we decided to have dinner there to save going anywhere else as it was more convenient , we both had the roast dinner but couldn’t cut the roast potatoes and the roast beef was very very chewy , the knifes and forks couldn’t cut anything as they looked very old and thick , after eating we wanted to go to the bar and listen to the two men who were playing music but there were no seats available as they were reserved for the locals who obviously went every week , bedtime arrived and we put the blind down but they didn’t go all the way down and the windows could do with a clean and a paint as they were all black and had webs on them , the curtains looked like they had been up since the Victorian age , and they were hanging off the curtain rail the bed was comfy , but we think this place needs a n upgrade but we must say the staff were friendly enough and we were told if we had any concerns to tell the manager before we leave but the only person we saw was the chef who cooked a good breakfast , we definitely wouldn’t stay here again
