点评：We’ve visited the Tasty Fry in Callander for many years, but yesterdays experience has made us consider whether we will ever return.
2 young lads serving. Lovely boys that were clearly learning and trying their best to serve everyone quickly.
They were very quiet however and actually looked a bit sad.
That brings us to the lady who was frying. She was surly, greasy looking and had no customer service skills.
She cleaned her hands in a filthy bucket of water between battering the white puddings and tore absolute strips off one of the young lads because he accidentally put a tub of curry sauce in with someone’s order.
The person brought it back because the sauce had spilled out over their food. She replaced the food but was rude, didn’t apologise and totally embarrassed the young server by shouting about his error in front of a queue of people. It was awful to witness.
Chips were greasy and cooked in dirty oil (black bits all over the chips), fish and white pudding were nice but the smoked sausage was like a piece of leather.
Not a great experience at the end of a lovely day. Hope the young lads see what a horrible person the fryer is and don’t put up with her bullying!
