点评:A lovely (not inexpensive) lunch, great food and modern, warm atmosphere but..,......what a crying shame that the staff had no clue how to properly manage a justified complaint / feedback. We found a piece of metal scourer in our patatas bravas. Not great but these things happen and was undisputed. We are pretty chilled about such things but also great believers that if a problem is handled well, you can create a lot of goodwill and make customers feel well looked after if the situation is properly acknowledged. There was an offer of replacement but that was completely unnecessary and somewhat missed the point. If it were down to me I would have taken it off the bill, perhaps a drink on the house - all good......but no. Instead send the poor junior staff member to face the music, don't come and discuss with us, take £1.50 off the bill (seriously????) and once we had paid the bill, insult us by telling us we just didn't get it!!! We wouldn't have written a review like this if the situation had been handled properly but that is the current state of customer service sadly. No one gives a monkeys.
