Unpleasant food. Slow service.
莱萨姆皇后酒店的点评
点评：We had a reservation for 1pm.
Arrived at 12:55 and were shown to our table at 1:10
Ordered drinks at the bar.
Food order was taken promptly and then we waited. And waited. And waited. And ……. You get the picture.
A “braised beef Wellington, a burger and a salmon salad to an hour and ten minutes to be delivered to us.
When we finally received the offerings it was clear that my burger had sat under a couple of heat lamps for a long time.
My coleslaw was actually warm and slightly “fizzy”.
The top of the burger bun was HOT and the burgers were dry and unpleasant. The slaw was sent back and replaced with one cool from the fridge. It was still unpleasant and I suspect had sat in that fridge for a day or more.
My companions food was also sub par. They will leave their own reviews.
