点评：Would give 0 stars if I could.
We arrived and was seated at our table. The waitress shoved the afternoon tea down on the table and walked off before even explaining what everything was. Their was no taste to anything at ALL and the kids meal looked anaemic. You can tell that everything had not been made in-house and been bought in on the cheap with a lack of quality. We asked a waitress to get the manager and they had the audacity to blame us for our 'FOOD PALETS' and said she had never had any complaints before.
She said she can't do anything about it; in other words she couldn't care less. After being offered some scones and tea a member of our family felt ill and was sick twice within minutes of eating the prawn sandwich.
We spoke to the manager again after this happened was clueless about what to do and gave us a full refund. However, still nobody was bothered in the slightest about saying sorry and was offered us some boxes to take the food home!! which we definitely DID NOT TAKE!!!
I work within the hospitality sector and i am appalled with what has happened.
WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
