点评：Ren catered our wedding and were absolutely phenomenal. Molly was so incredibly helpful during the entire planning process, for the catering but also her general advice for the day was invaluable. She was always there with any queries or questions and I felt utterly supported by her in the planning stages of the wedding. It was also just a joy to work with Molly and every step was so much fun. The chefs were so helpful and inventive in discussing options and potential variations, catering for everybody’s needs. The tasting was wonderful and it was so clear to us that Ren have such a brilliant and dynamic team.
Everything on the day was spectacular. Arriving at our venue and seeing the welcome drinks and canapés there, everything set up so beautifully by Ren as they welcomed our guests was perfect. The canapés were absolutely delicious, every one. We then had our wedding breakfast buffet which was so expertly organised, and the food insanely good. We had several mains - the chargrilled jerk chicken with mango and coriander salsa was a particular highlight for me, and the spinach and butternut filo (with sumptuous tomato chutney), which was the veg/vegan option was praised by the biggest meat eater I know. Again, every aspect was perfect, as so many of our guests told us.
Most of all, every part of our day was made better by how wonderful Molly and all of the Ren staff are. I will never forget one of the staffers telling us her kind words about our speeches, and the notes that Molly and the team left in our guestbook about the day - about seeing our guests write their notes - were so special to read.
We are so grateful to Ren for making our day as magical as it could be. We could not recommend Ren more highly.
