点评：My husband ordered on the app for July digger and I to collect. Passed the code on, fine, no problem. Got asked to go straight to the main window. Ooh great I thought, it must be ready to go right away. No can you park up please.
So I parked up. We saw multiple people arrive and leave. So sign of our food. Then finally about 15-20 mins later it arrives, no apology for the delay. My daughter was very bored and getting worked up at this point. So we took the food and went home. For once all the food was really hot. Which is great. But when my children asked for their fries we realised there was none in the bag at all! Should’ve been 4x fries. Really frustrating as we live about 10 mins away in good traffic. The staff just don’t seem to care here. It’s always the same. Usually I check the bag but because we’d had to wait for so long and my daughter was kicking off. We just went. I shouldn’t have to check every time. It wasn’t busy by any means. Every time we leave there something’s forgotten. Just won’t bother anymore. It’s such a shame.
