点评：Absolutely dreadful! We arrived at 8.15pm for our booked table and were told to wait in the bar as our table wasn't quite ready. Half-an-hour later we enquired at reception if our table was ready yet and were advised they'd given it someone else!
We eventually were seated and waited a further twenty minutes for our order to be taken. Over an hour later our side orders had been delivered but our main courses were nowhere to be seen. After ninety minutes, two sorry-looking burgers finally arrived that resembled the sort of three-quid burgers you'd expect to be served from a roadside chuck-wagon - certainly not worth the sixteen-quid we were being charged for them! Constantly watching carrier-bags of food exiting the kitchen to be collected by delivery drivers, whilst waiting for well over an hour for our food arrive was more than a little annoying!
If you're going to run a restaurant guys, run a restaurant - if you're going to run a take-away kitchen...do just that - don't try to mix the two, as you're clearly not capable of doing so effectively!
To be fair the manager apologised profusely and comp'd all our food and gave us free drinks but the evening out was ruined for myself and my wife. We didn't go there for free third-rate burgers! We certainly shall not be frequenting this establishment again - a shame as we have had very good experiences at other Korean Cowgirl restaurants previously.
