点评:We visited McDonald’s Pitsea on Tuesday Evening just gone 19:00 on 16/06/25.
My wife ordered a mayo chicken (customised with added cheese, about 50p) and fries through her McDonald’s app with her rewards points for in store collection.
When she collected and brought it to the table it didn’t have any cheese. I took it up to the counter, waited for a few minutes. A tall blonde lady with glasses looked at me without saying anything. I said “hello” and that “the Mayo Chicken hasn’t got any cheese in it that my wife ordered.” I showed her the sticker order that I peeled off the bag.
She gave me a rude glare and went away with the item. Came back, gave it back to me and said rudely, “it doesn’t come with cheese.”
I said, “I know, but she has paid extra to customise it.”
She then took it back again.
I said we were sitting at table 16.
She returned to our table a couple of minutes later with the same item and said, “it doesn’t come with cheese, but I’ve done it this time!”
My wife who is quite shy replied, “but I paid extra to add cheese to it.”
She went to show her the online order on her phone but she just ignored my wife and walked away.
This caused my wife to feel as if she lied and got a bit upset which then caused my 7 year old daughter to also get upset too.
Will not be visiting Pitsea Mcdobalds ever again.
Such bad customer service and no manners or politeness.

我妻子比较害羞,她回答说:“不过我额外付了钱加奶酪。”
她去给她看手机上的在线订单,但她根本不理我妻子,直接走开了。
这让我妻子觉得她撒谎了,有点不高兴,结果我7岁的女儿也跟着不高兴。
再也不去Pitsea Mcdobalds了。
客服服务太差,一点礼貌都没有。
