Brilliant meal, brilliant service, brilliant night!

点评：We went to the Pullman as a large group (about 20ish) and I was so impressed. We had ordered ahead and although the set menu wasn’t super extensive, there was something for everyone, very reasonable (3 courses for £30!) and absolutely delicious. I’m not sure if there is wider choice if there are less people and you’re not pre-ordering, there may well be.
All of the staff that I came across were so kind, friendly and very professional. They dealt with any ‘issues’ quickly and without any sort of complaint (issues involved a bleeping smoke detector and someone’s burger being taken before they had finished, which was a simple misunderstanding).
The building itself is lovely as well. It looks quite small from the outside, but is much bigger inside, with a beautiful paved garden and a terrace. It’s quite dark inside, but that is because it’s such an old building; they have done a great job with the space they have and made it feel as open as possible. The only thing I would say is that there is quite a lot of steps (not something the establishment themselves can do much about, but perhaps worth keeping in mind if you find steps difficult), but there was another room that we didn’t go into which may have been more accessible.
The atmosphere there was very chilled and…just felt good.
I am so impressed and will definitely be bringing my husband back and recommending to my friends.
