点评：Hi Its with great disappointment i am having to write this review as we have visited numerous times and had an excellent experience . We were here for a special occasion and booked at 8pm initially sat at a nice table for the four of us offered us drinks and very nice bread . then about 20 minutes later our order was taken and to my wife disappointment they run out of prawns 20.20 on a Friday night , i requested the skate and this was also off the menu . the other dishes fish soup very nice seared beef very good the crab dish tasted very strange . We then waited over an hour for the main course . I summand over the waiter and said have we done some thing to upset you as we are still waiting for our main course , he apologised gave us a bottle of wine on the house then dropped the bomb shell our main course would be another 15 mins unbelievable, unfortunately our enthusiasm had began to wain the 2 cod dish turned up were very nice the other two dishes turned up lamb presented very nicely my brother in law could not cut this as it was such bad quality piece of meat supposedly rump i have never seen rump of lamb with a sinew running through the middle, my wife persevered even after asking for a steak knife but she gave up both dishes went back to the kitchen alternatives were offered but by this time we just wanted to get out of the place . they took the two disappointed dishes off the recipt and the sides but i explained to then the whole experience for what was a really good restaurant was very disappointing. they offered us a voucher but this was refused as could not risk another debacle like this one . Mark Sargent has left, Michelin star taken away . you used to have to book up months in advance and now you can get in the day before it shows how far the standards have dropped such shame
