点评：I have been going to the Hare & Hounds for years, but today I had my first ever bad experience. My daughter booked a table for myself and my family for my Birthday. She booked the table for 6pm, when we arrived there was obviously a big party that had arrived a little before us. This table started going up for their carveries about the same time as we sat down. After waiting 45 minutes and still not being called up to for our carveries I thought I would find out what was happening. If you book a table at 6pm you don’t then expect to be called up for food nearly an hour later. The manager was very unhelpful and said I should have expected to wait, but I’m still not sure why when we had our table booked for 6pm. There was no offer of any discount, in fact the manager was quite rude! When my Dad suggested we would leave without paying (not that we did) the manager said he would call the police on us. I’ve worked in hospitality for a number of years, as has my son, and we would have never been allowed to treat our customers this way. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this service. Really spoilt my Birthday!
