点评：I contacted Liv as I was visiting a hotel in Sidmouth for a joint 50th and 80th birthday celebration and watched to provide a cake. Not wanting to have to transport it (and so it was a surprise) I searched for a local cake maker and came across Brown’s Kitchen bakery.
I called Liv (coincidentally also my wife’s name who’s birthday it was!) and she went through my options, we decided in the type of cake and the order was made over the phone. The cake was fantastic, absolutely delicious, bigger than I thought it would be and very good value.
To top it all though, Liv agreed to deliver the cake in secret to the hotel before we arrived so it was a real surprise when the staff bought it out with candles blazing!
Thank you so much Liv it was very much appreciated.
Go and see these people if you want tea and cake in Sidmouth, or need a cake for a special occasion. They are only a small business and I’m sure have had to battle over the last few years, so go and give them your support - you’ll get great food and smiling service.
