点评：You're in safe hands here, the food really is top-notch. One of this things that I love about this place is the intriguing menu with lots of very individual dishes. For this visit with my husband we stuck to the vegetarian options of which there are plenty. Lots of choice and excellent as always. The 'mystical garden platter' sharing vegeratian starter allowed us to try a variety of things. I really liked the crispy cauliflower. Another highlight from the mains was the Bhuna Kathal Keema featuring jackfruit and peas - really delicate spices.
We've been following Chef Nitya Pathak and his close team around South West Manchester for the last ~15-20 years, as he's worked in a whole series of amazing restaurants. It's great that he's finally been able to realise a dream and to open his own place.
Needless to say we're already looking forward to our next visit.
