点评：I booked a table for my family as it was my husband's birthday. Over the phone, I had mentioned this right before attending. We were not welcomed in/greeted by the manager which u felt was odd as she stood right there so the other staff showed us to our table. For the price we paid for 2 afternoon teas, we were gobsmacked at the portions and quality of food. Most of which seemed shop bought, but the tiniest of bites of food laid out together on a plastic tray. The sandwiches were random choice with no indication as to what they were going to be. I assumed it would offered on two separate trays considering I'd ordered 2 lots of afternoon teas but I was so underwhelmed that I bad to ask, is this it? When the cakes and scones came out, they offered one cake stand instead of two - again as if for one person. I thought there would be 2 of everything. When I mentioned this to the manager of the place, she'd acted very cold and abrupt even though she hadn't made herself known to us from the start. I had no choice than to request half of the money back as just was not to my expectations at all. My husband was very disappointed too and with it being his birthday I felt even worse.
