点评：So unprofessional and very rude! We were very loyal customers to this establishment, and we had a big order for my sister’s birthday, some of the food was cold, the macaroni cheese was watery and did not taste like it normally does and of course we complained as we are very much entitled to do and unexpectedly were granted a full refund back from Just Eat, we only expected to be compensated for the items that were not up to standard. Today we put an order through Just Eat, for my birthday, hoping that it would be up to the standards we very often are used to and it was a very big order as we are a big family, and it was cancelled by the restaurant, we called to query this and were told that because of the incident as mentioned before they would not serve us, and when asked if they did not want our business anymore they said no. This place can clearly not take criticism and are very rude when you express any concerns about your food. Businesses like these thrive on word of mouth and we would often sing their praises, but this will not be happening anymore. If you want decent Italian go to another little Italian restaurant in Bedford, nicer food, nicer owners and nicer service, because you won’t get that here my friend. Rubbish way to end my birthday.
