点评：Like so many people writing reviews I have used this takeaway for around 30 years and must say it is going downhill fast. We ordered as a family over the weekend and had it delivered (something we never do, as we like to check the order).
As expected it came wrong, no drama a few things on we’d asked to be left off. So I called them to tell to them I was disappointed. The girl on the phone was very aggressive and rude telling me it “couldn’t be wrong” as she had done it. The a man who I presume is the new order started shouting in the background. She then passed the phone to him and he began shouting at me telling the food comes how he prepares it and it was correct, all the time I am calm and collected and just saying to them I was a little disappointed having spent £50+ tip with them. He would not calm down then began swearing at me.
I told him this would have never happened under the previous owner and with the previous staff. This was treated with another tirade of abuse and swearing before I hung up.
I have to say, it tastes nothing like it used to, the kebab meat is cheap and the cheese sauce is water. It seems it’s profit at all costs now, high prices and cheap, poor ingredients.
