点评:It went from bad to worse last night, we ordered food and drinks using the app straight to our table - one drink was a pepsi max and one was pepsi. The guy brought the drinks over and one of the drinks had a lemon in, assuming this was a marker for which drink was which I asked which one was the full fat drink. The server said 'I don't know, sniff them'. At first I thought he was joking so laughed it off, until he walked off with nothing else to say. When our food came (we ordered 4 meal, 3 being different curries) one of the curries came first and the girl (a different server) also didn't know which curry she had brought out. We had to wait for the other two to come and hope the servers knew which was which this time around. The first girl dropped the mango chutney pot off the plate, which I understand this happens and mistakes are made we were fine and she went off to get a replacement, my issue is that rather than put the old pot that had been on the floor in the sink to clean, she put the new sauce in the same pot that had been on the floor!!! I know we didn't go to a glamorous restaurant for a meal but surely there is a line between customer service and health and safety limits, and just blatantly not caring about your job or your customers. Absolutely appalling.
