点评：Ate a breakfast with my family as we were travelling by this place. I looked at my app and it said a load of points would be expiring very soon. So I tried to order something and the app was very slow. I asked for help and a nice lady cleaning the tables said a girl behind the counter would help me.
The app sent a code and the girl scanned it, it linked to the till but said waiting for connection.
I explained I would loose a lot of points if I didn't use it and it was clearly on there. She saw what was ordered and that it was to that store, however Instead of trying to help me the girl shrugged her shoulders as if to say oh well!
What happened to kind customer service. Rather than try to sort it she was happy that I walk away dissatisfied! What's the point of having points if the staff won't help you to use them. Not great!! Won't go there again. Unhelpful staff...
