点评：I recently visited last Sunday and, unfortunately, the service left a lasting negative impression. Upon entering, my group approached the reception area, expecting the usual warm greeting. Instead, we were met with indifference. Despite two staff members clearly seeing us walk in, one blatantly ignored us and walked away, while the other took a full three minutes to acknowledge our presence—despite us being the only people waiting.
To make matters worse, when she finally addressed us, she asked if we had been "seen to," which was baffling given that the only two staff members present had either ignored or delayed acknowledging us. This lack of attentiveness and professionalism set the tone for the entire visit.
While I have to admit the food was enjoyable, the poor service overshadowed everything else. First impressions matter, and this one ensured that I won’t be returning. No amount of good food can compensate for service that makes a guest feel unwelcome.
