点评：Slow Sunday Service and rude manager.
Female waitresses are super friendly, menu fab, although arguably overpriced, food great too!
We waited 30 mins for drinks, 45 mins for food.
When paying, we were asked by the manager if everything was good, so we said food was great, service was great, but 30 mins waiting time for drinks is too long. He then argued that we’d waited 20mins because that was when the waitress had taken our drinks order. I tried to inform him that we arrived at 12:30 and were ready to order straight away but waited 10 mins to order, we got our drinks at 1. But he wouldn’t hear it and was pretty rude.
It could have been easily resolved with a conversation as sinple as “you know what guys, 30 mins or even 20 mins is too long to wait for your drinks, we’ve taken the drinks off the bill, we hope you’ll come back and give us another chance”. Then we’d probably come back and i wouldn’t be writing this review.
I do appreciate they were busy, but the wait time combined with the manager taking the feedback personally with no understanding means we’ll not be coming
