点评：Having frequented here many times before, I certainly won’t be going back anytime in the foreseeable future. It’s such a shame as I love the setting and atmosphere here on a sunny afternoon or evening. However the manageress seems to have let this place down. She lacks customer service and management skills and shouldn’t speak to customers the way she does just because she doesn’t like their feedback. The food was very average and waiting staff need more training as no one seemed to know what they are doing. The set up with the outside bar also had customers voicing their frustrations after having to queue for 20 minutes to be served a drink. Having one person serving and one taking the money isn’t enough staff to keep customers happy. It seems ludicrous that you can’t use the bar inside to get a drink despite the restaurant being half empty and staff hanging around inside at the bar. This place could be great but there’s obviously management issues and staff who clearly can’t cope in a busy venue.
