点评:I placed my order 30 minutes after they opened and appreciate they were just opening 17.54 so chose a delivery slot of 35 mins later, I only ordered 2 starters and a naan bread for delivery 18.30 called at 7pm asking where is my food as was 30 mins late and they said we are busy, I appreciate busy times normally between 8 and 10pm but no apology at all just we are busy it will be with you soon... unacceptable to be honest I don't care if I spent 15 quid or 50, I expect an apology and at least something off my next order as we normally but will not now use them probably 3 times a month.. and we always tell friends to try them! need to find another takeaway as the customer service was disgusting on this occasion as was last, gave them 1 more try, will not be again.. it's now 7.25pm almost an hour since ordering and still nothing! Obviously they don't care about their loyal customers, I was on my own tonight so only ordered for 1 normally I order for 6! Precedence of big orders takes over customers that have used for years!
