点评：Stayed overnight with my wife and 2 children, started off well, nice big family room, 2 full size single beds with clean bedding, towels and toiletries provided, separate bedroom with large double bed for us with branded teabags, coffee and drinking chocolate for us. We had a ‘full’ breakfast the following morning, which was 1 piece of bacon, 1 sausage, 1 tomato, 1 hash brown (which wasn’t properly cooked) half a mushroom and a small pot of beans was ok, children had 1 waffle with 1 piece of bacon.
Back to the room.
Went to put the fan on as it was so warm to find it an inch thick in dust, the same as the small unit it was sitting on was. Looked like none of the furniture had been cleaned for quite a while. Bathroom was clean with large shower unit. There was a small bin keeping open the bedroom door, I noticed as I went to put in some rubbish there was no bin bag in it, I was horrified when I opened it to find it hadn’t been emptied with rubbish and bottles in there but sat on top of the rubbish was a dirty sanitary product!!!
Thought about complaining but decided against it as when we read a few reviews there were some saying staff weren’t very accommodating when issues were raised and as we were only using the place for somewhere to sleep while we enjoyed the rest of Llandudno thought we’d just leave a review on our experience when we got home.
Definitely will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

我想投诉，但最终还是决定不投诉，因为我们读了一些评论，发现有人说工作人员在提出问题时不太乐于助人，而且我们只是把这里当作睡觉的地方，一边享受兰迪德诺的其他地方，一边想着回家后再留下评论。
绝对不会再去了，也不会推荐给任何人。
