点评:We decided to give Bloom a try for the first time, despite coming across several negative reviews online. The place looked promising, and with breakfast advertised from 7:00 AM, we arrived at 8:30 AM feeling hungry and excited to try their menu.
The environment was spacious and cosy, which we appreciated. However, the welcoming was quite cold and uninviting. Not what you expect from a place trying to make a good first impression.
As soon as we sat down, we were told the kitchen was experiencing technical issues and that they would let us know when food service would resume. It was frustrating to hear, especially since their opening hours clearly state 7:00 AM.
At 9:00 AM, a server informed us that there would be an additional 30 minute wait. We decided to be patient, ordered drinks, and placed our food order in advance. By 9:40 AM, food began coming out but oddly enough, tables that arrived after us (around 9:00–9:15) were being served before us.
We reminded the waiter, who assured us the food would arrive in two minutes. It didn’t. We finally received our food close to 10:00 AM, poorly plated, cold, and far from the appealing dishes shown on their website.
Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish from the lacklustre service to the unacceptable delays and the subpar food quality. Unfortunately, the bad reviews we ignored turned out to be accurate. We won’t be coming back.
