点评：The menu here is almost too simple; you either choose the small or the large meal. We went for the small 5 course meal. The dishes all looked quite nice on the menu, and the web site has some very tempting pictures, so we had high hopes.
Unfortunately all of the tiny dishes were lacking, not just in taste (all apart from the chicken wings) but also in quality: The crab mayo does not show any signs of crab, the duck and pork skewers were dry and over-cooked..
All the dishes are missing a side that can clear your palate. Add just a small amount of rice, noodles or potatoes to the overly seasoned wings (otherwise the best of the 5 dishes and the only one somewhat filling), add some fresh bread and butter to the mushroom dish (and salmon), and please do not overcook anything. And have one sweet dish at the end, having no desserts at all made us run to the grocery store nearby afterwards to get an ice cream.
The service is (almost too) relaxed, we did not need to wait too much though. I would prefer to have the menu on the table or handed to us quicker though, and having eaten the sticky chicken wings I think most guests are in a bad need for a tooth pick. Perhaps even make something available in the rest room so people can clean up in private.
Overall I expect this to be a sinking ship the way things are right now. The adjustments needed to make it a good experience are not that huge though.
