点评：The menu is not very extensive although it offers some interesting dishes including whale (*).
My wife choose a tasty fish soup while my I had a starter with green and white asparagus with tomatoes. The asparagus were left somewhat raw and thus crunchy. The combination with tomatoes I never saw before but is good.
My main dish was cod, which was steamed to perfection, with a lot of pea puree and white cabbage; a good combination. My wife liked her turbot , which was somewhat on the dry side, but accompanied with crisp veggies.
We shared a spectacular dessert with sea buckthorn mousse in a chocolade shell with sea buckthorn and blackberry gel. A wonderful combination.
The service was excellent by local Norwegian young ladies that knew their business.
Overall, very recommendable.
(*) whales should swim in our oceans and should not be served in restaurants; stop serving whale.
