I would like to continue your review with some small but nevertheless important details that were forgotten to mention.
While I was working I get distracted by you screaming at us while holding a purple salad leaf and claiming it is a maple leaf and that we put it in the sandwhich from the outside even in the middle of one of the coldest and snowy winter we've had in years. So my colleague was humble and professional enough to suggestions like "we would like to give you a new sandwhich" and "we do not expect payment after this incident", while being yelled at of course. Few breaths from my side and few screams from the other side later, he decided to refuse any of the offers but instead demanding me to let him come into the kitchen to search for the salads and other customers sandwiches was a good idea, which I ofcourse refused, precisely due to respecting the rules we have from the Norwegian Food Authority; that no one, not even me as a waiter, is allowed to do this. so I explained this matter, yet it was not enough. After this he had a better idea, to disturb the bartender while mixing drinks and the runner who was busy welcoming in new customers with hes side of the story as if its a competition. So, Lastly, my patience, kindness and time was starting to run out so I had to start all the way to the beginning; explain and show the man were the door is. So thats it really. I am replying to you, on behalf of me, Albana and not the place I work at, even though I am proud to say so otherwise.
