点评：We had a reservation for Christmas Eve but did not end up staying. I booked this back in October and no where did it mention it was a buffet dinner (and up until the day of, nothing was mentioned about it being a buffet). Our reservation was at 8pm, we arrived at 7:55pm and were quickly greeted and directly to the coat check where we were offered a complimentary glass of champagne. We then were shown to our table and about 15 minutes later, we were given a “drink menu” that was a drink package they were trying to sell for 20 euros each. We decided we would rather have a bottle of wine. When our waitress came back, we informed her of this and she was extremely put out and would not accept that we didn’t want to purchase the drink package. We never saw our waitress again. We left at 8:30. The host was extremely rude when we told him that we were leaving because it had been 30 minutes and we had not received service. He argued and told me he had barely been “15 minutes”. Very disappointed.
