点评：I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. My husband and I stopped in for dinner around 5:15. We sat down and waited quite a while without anyone checking in on us. There was a fridge nearby, so my husband grabbed us a Coca-Cola and a lemon tea from it. A staff member came over and told us those drinks were for takeout only, took them back, and returned with just the Coke—saying they didn’t have any lemon tea and I couldn’t have the one from the case. It felt unnecessarily strict and confusing.
While waiting, my husband and I quietly played a card game like Go Fish to pass the time. The same staff member came over and told us we couldn’t do that because it was a restaurant, not a place for games. We had a hard time understanding her at first, and then she turned to a nearby table and started speaking in what sounded like German (though we’re not entirely sure), and laughing. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional.
In the 30+ minutes we were there, she helped several other tables—some of whom already had their food—while we hadn’t even ordered yet. When we finally called her over to place our order, she didn’t say a word and just walked away after taking it. Our food arrived without any acknowledgment. At that point, we packed it up and left to eat elsewhere.
We were really looking forward to a relaxed dinner, but the overall experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Hopefully this feedback helps improve how guests are treated in the future.
