点评：The space is stunning (old wine cellar) and, fun fact, there is no mobile reception. Usually this would irk me, but in this case it means 100% focus on an amazing meal.
Staff were extremely friendly and the sommelier (Adam) was extremely helpful and welcoming. As such, the wine pairing was bliss.
The meal (adjusted to my pescatarian diet) was delicious. I enjoyed every bite and in particular I always look forward to the mini Apfelstrudel at the end. One ask, it would be good if guest would be instructed to not take pictures of other patrons. I value my privacy and, as such, do not like to be on other's persons shots. Sorry, American ladies, you were a massive nuisance that evening.
Comparing to the other 3-star place in Vienna (Steirereck), I find Amador to be much better and refined. I have been to Steirereck many times and since they got 3 stars I have the feeling that they have stopped striving to be the best.
Prices are a little steep, but not the worst I have had to pay for a 3-star meal.
Will I be back? Absolutely. This is one of my favorite spots in Vienna.
