点评：We decided to stop for ice cream while taking a walk in the center of Graz. Upon entering the shop, we politely asked the young girl behind the counter if it was possible to have one scoop of ice cream. To our surprise, she began giggling and mocking us, suggesting we might want a scoop that’s a mix of all flavors (how funny, ah ah ah). I calmly responded that I had changed my mind and would like two scoops instead, all while she continued her giggling and laughter.
I’m still baffled as to what could possibly have been so amusing about a simple request for ice cream. She might have wanted to share it with everyone so that we could have laughed together!
However, I would suggest her to choose a different career path. After all, it seems that working with the public might not be the best fit for someone who can’t control the urge to laugh at customers. We immediately decided to leave, as the entire situation was not only unacceptable but frankly quite embarrassing—for her. Watching a young girl laugh her way through what should be a straightforward task of selling ice cream was nothing but ridiculous. Never again.
