点评:We booked for 10 persons for 7pm we were well greeted on arrival, and ushered to an appropriate table for our group. We selected our meal which was a set menu of starters and several mains, drinks arrived promptly. We emphasised that because of heart problems that we wished for the exclusion of MSG. The starters arrived, the ribs were dry but otherwise ok. When the main courses arrived all but one were cold and they refused to light the candles to keep them warm. We complained and the dishes were taken away but bought back within minutes. When I asked them had the dishes been microwaved he said no they were ment for another table to which we replied what about the MSG. There was a blank look on his face and said if you’re not happy you may leave to which we did. Very unprofessional, obviously they messed up on all aspects of cuisine and service. It’s a shame, I feel it’s all down to management, they need Gordon Ramsey to go around and shake things up.
